The pin that holds the heel strap of my crocs fell off and was lost. I tried various designs available on Thingiverse but none work for me (too small or too fragile)

I removed the one available on my footwear and designed the replacement part in Fusion360.

Added chambers and fillets to avoid layer separation and give strength.

Since it is a small part, print slow - one pin should take about 5 to 8 minutes and uses 0.39 grams of filament.
