NOTE: I stopped using this strut a while ago, and played with a few other's designs before finally coming up with something that prints easier and has a lot of other benefits. Check out thing 5262809 before trying to print this one.

This remix takes BoothyBooty's remix and adds some additional structure to prevent cracking on the screw-together plates (so you can print with less infill). I had both of the original struts crack.

Second, I add a tab that pushes against the plate, so rather than the strut trying to "hold up" the bed, it uses a compressive force to prevent the bed from deflecting. I've found that this small redesign keeps the bed even more stable (and the stress on the part is significantly reduced).
