Modelo 3D MiniTree por schuricg no Thingiverse

Descrição

UPDATE: 1 Added a smaller version of the base that fits and Ender-3 printer.

This is a RGB smart pixel mini tree using 160 pixels for the tree and 10 bullet pixels for the globe. Total 170 bullet pixels (1 universe)

it uses 3/4" PVC pipe and in-line PVC connectors to support the bottom and top plates. The spacing can be adjust to use 20 or 25 pixels to a strand. I used one inch spacing as my trees are near the road and needed to resolution.

I printed with PETG and they have survived the first year in the Texas weather without any issues. I included holes for tent stakes to hold them to the ground.

I used ribbon cable to run from the last tree pixel to the globe. As I ran my trees all off one E682 controller I did not feed back down a cable to jumper multiple trees together bu you can add a ribbon cable coming down from the globe. I just pushed in the 10 bullet pixels in the globe adapter and did not need to secure them in as the fit was tight enough.

I use 15% brightness for the tree and set the globe at 100% using the dimming curves in xLights and Vixen.

Top Mini-Tree. Designed to hold 8 strips of bullet pixels. I use 3/16 - 2-1/2 J-hooks to hold the top of the pixel string and used and support piece I have uploaded in the file section to give good support and keep the strip from being damaged when pulled tight. There is a hole to allow the cable from the globe to feed back down to the last string.

Mini-Tree Bottom plate. Designed to slide strips through and zip-ty under. The top plate is in another file. I used 20 pixels but 25 also looked nice, 3 top and bottom layers and 3 walls with 50% infill. I used Hatchbox PETG in Black

Globe Adapter for holding 10 bullet RGB's for the Globe. Designed to sit on 3/4" PVC pipe

Globe for Mini-Tree or top of a pole. The Globe Adapter is need to hold 10 Bullet RGB's Printed in White PETG with 2 layers. I used a .6 nozzle and 1.00mm wall thickness. Two layers is needed for strength. There is a artifact of the cut extrude that cause some filament to need to be cut out of the neck.
