Update 2022/03/21: Redesigned M38 scope per a recently found Doopy 1943 M38. Bushings have been eliminated and beveled lens retainers separated from the scope body so the lenses load from the outside. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload a revised instruction manual in PDF format.

This is a variant of the E11 blasters used in Star Wars for the filming of the Tatooine scenes in the deserts of Tunisia. For this purpose, the Sterling SMG MK4 (L2A3) was modified (by Bapty &Co.) by removing parts or replacing them with dummy parts. Because this project uses common parts with a stock Sterling, I am only including parts that are unique to the Bapty blaster. The rest will be a bit of a scavenger hunt.
