I designed this custom hotend mount as part of upgrading my DIY HEVO-style 3D printer. It’s compatible with the standard HEVO carriage and can be interchanged easily with other parts. I printed it using PLA for early prototypes and PETG for the final version to withstand higher temperatures and mechanical stress.
