Here is an openSCAD code that generates a parametric elbow splint. The given code can be used to generate two pieces, one for the forearm and the other for the upper arm. All that is needed to be done is to input the measurements, print the parts and join the two with epoxy. The tabs can also be customized for different strap materials. A splint for a child is provided as an example.
