Raspberry Pi enclosure inspired by Alienware Predator PC case from 2003. Tested with RPI 3 and 4. I'm using a 90degree USB adapter for power
To print shell without supports use the FDM optimized file and allow single perimeter walls settings for the base.
Used one M2.5 brass inserts + M2.5 flat head screw to fasten shell to case https://www.mcmaster.com/94180a321

Grill is printed with a lot of supports (i.e. 2.5 hour print, mostly support)
