This is a first test print for a terrain generation software tool I am developing.

The tool takes an input mesh and generates a wall structure from it (see the images). I can produce one of these wall stl files from scratch in about 20mins.

It works on the face quads of the input mesh with walls and gaps marked using vertex groups. The resulting mesh is quite efficient in terms of the number of vertices and tris produced.

The meshes produced sometimes have a small number of intersecting faces, but Slicer seems to have no problem with them.
