English below Bonjour, Avec les températures hivernales, nos imprimantes resine ont besoin d un peu de chaleur. Voici mon design de chauffage pas cher prevu pour nos Elegoos Mars ou autres imprimantes.

Ce modele est optimisé pour les imprimantes fdm, mais peut etre est il possible de l imprimer en resine. L abs ou le pet est conseillé mais le mien se porte bien en pla. L epaisseur de couche maximale à utiliser est de 0.2mm car il y a certaines parties du print à decouper apres print (0.2mm ep) Ces parties sont faciles à enlever et sont prevues pour aider l impression et la tenue des supports.

Pour l instalation optimale il est necessaire de forer l acrylique du couvercle de l imprimante en placant un bois derriere le cache et en utilisant un foret metal. Le couvercle arriere est collé à l acrylique via du double face, celui ci etant muni de 4 aimants le chauffage vient s y placer facilement et tient bien. Il est dés lors possible de sortir le chauffage aisement.

ATTENTION: -Le design est prévu pour fonctionner avec un ventilateur en PULL et non en PUSH, evitant ainsi la chaleur directement sur l acrylique. -La sonde ne doit depasser que de trois ou quatres milimetres, pour ne pas gener le rail z et la montée et descente du bed.

Hi, As winter is coming, our resin printers need some warmth. Here is my design for an inexpensive heater, intended to be used with the Elegoo Mars and similar machines.

The model is itself intented to be printed with an FDM (filament) 3D printer but it might be possible to print it with SLA. ABS or PETG would be the material of choice, but I have seen no issues with mine in PLA. A 0.2mm print height is advised, as it helps with the post-processing of the parts. Some helping parts are easily removed, they ease the print and the stength of the supports.

For an optimal installation, you will need to drill the acrylic cover. You will need to use a metal drill bit and support the cover from the back with a piece of wood. The back cover of the heater is held in place with double sided tape, and is equipped with 4 magnets to which the main heater mates and is well kept in position. This allows for an easy removal of the heating kit.

WARNING : This is designed with the FAN working in PULL mode instead of PUSH, that prevents to apply the heat directly on the acrylic cover. -The probe must not exceed three or four millimeters, not to prevent the rail z and the rise and descent from the bed.
