After being frustrated with the loss of my button and spring for my Playmate cooler by Igloo I designed my own solution. Printing in ABS and simply applying acetone to smooth the finish leaves a nice glossy finish. It also has the benefit of serving to glue the spring into the button so that if the bottom and spring pop out again they do not part ways.
