Small revision: added a small knob at the end to push out the last bit of tooth paste

My rendition for a toothpaste squeezer. Has 1mm clearance and large ring to pull.

Slip the squeezer on to the back of the toothpaste Hold on to the end of the toothpaste Put finger in ring Pull on end of toothpaste and ring in the opposite direction, keeping the ring squeezer close to parallel to the toothpaste
