virtually no changes from the excellent original, just removed the hook on the back and left a flat surface for use with double stick tape or 3M contact adhesive strips which I use probably too many of.

I printed with 15% infill and 2 extra shells for strength. I used a .2mm slice, but you could go larger for faster printing without causing problems.
