• Anyagköltség durván 270.000Ft. Összes nyomtatandó alkatrész tömege: 1321g.
• CoreXY 12mm-es szíjakkal.
• 350x350x400mm-es nyomtatási terület.
• 3030-as Bosch profilokból épülő váz (a Z kocsi 2020-ból).
• A gép befoglaló mérete: 560mm széles, 540mm mély és 750mm magas.
• A vázon kívülre nem lóg sehol semmi!
• Az Y-tengelyen MGN12 lineáris vezetékek MGN12H kocsikkal.
• Az X-tengelyen MGW9 lineáris vezeték MGW9H kocsival.

A gép megépítéséhez letöltheted az STL-eket teljesen ingyen a reklámblokkolós böngésződből majd a rezsicsökkentett árammal kis is nyomtathatod őket. Én legalább tíz tekercs filamentet nyomtattam el mire elkészült a gép végleges terve. Frissítések: 2019.10.20.:

• A középső kocsi alsó része módosítva: az alja lefelé elnyújtva 15mm-rel azért, hogy az adapterek csavaranyái lejebb kerüljenek. Így lehetségessé vált direkt extruderes adapter használata!
• Az E3D V6 Volcano adapter módosítva: Az új középső kocsihoz alkalmazkodva ez is megnyúlt 15mm-t.
• A 2IN1 normál adapter módosítva: Az új középső kocsihoz alkalmazkodva ez is megnyúlt 15mm-t.
• Titan Aero (Volcano) direkt extruderhez tervezett adapter feltöltve.
• Az X-Y merőlegesség beállítását segítő kar feltöltve.
• A bevásárlólista minimális módosítása.
• A Csavarok.pdf minimális módosítása.

2020.02.20.:

• Az X-híd átalakítva MGN9 helyett MGN12 lineáris vezetékre. A középső kocsi ezért teljesen újratervezve.
• Az új középső kocsin az adapterek tüskesoros csatlakozói az eddigi 10 helyett 12 pólusúak.
• Az új közéső kocsi felső részére két darab 10mm-es LED szerelhető, amely a vezérlő RGB kimenetéről működtethető (például kétszínű nyomtatásnál jelezhetik a LED-ek hogy épp melyik extruder dolgozik).
• A bevásárlólista módosítása.
• A Csavarok.pdf módosítása.
• A nyomtatandó alkatrészek jegyzéke módosítása.

2021.03.23.:

• Az X-híd átalakítva MGN12 helyett MGW9 lineáris vezetékre. A középső kocsi ezért teljesen újratervezve és mostmár nem két hanem egy darabból áll az egész (plusz a kupak).
• Az új középső kocsin az adapterek tüskesoros csatlakozói az eddigi 12 helyett 16 pólusúak.
• Az eddigi 10mm széles szíj helyett 12mm széles szíjak használata. Emiatt az Y kocsik és a sarokkonzolok újratervezve. Továbbá az eddigi csapágyakból összerakott szíjtárcsa helyett normál fogasszíj-tárcsák kerültek a gépre.
• BP6 fejhez való adapter feltöltése.
• Mérőórához való adapter feltöltése.
• 20W-os lézermodulhoz való adapter feltöltése.
• A bevásárlólista módosítása.
• A nyomtatandó alkatrészek jegyzéke módosítása.

2021.04.17.:

• Orbiter extruder+NF Crazy hotendhez való adapter feltöltése.
• Új 3030-as kábelkötegelő-tartó feltöltése.
• Adaptertartó (1, 4 és 6db-os) feltöltése. (100um rétegvastagsággal kell kinyomtatni!)
• Heatbed csatlakozó konzol feltöltése. (230V-os aljzat a fűtéshez és 3,5mm-es jack aljzat a termisztornak.)
• Új, aktuális fényképek feltöltése.
• A nyomtatandó alkatrészek jegyzéke módosítása.

Detailed description and photos will be uploaded later! Until this shortly:

• Material costs are approximately 270.000 HUF (740 EUR). Total weight of the printed parts: 1351g.
• CoreXY with 12 mm belt width.
• Printing area: 350x350x400 mm.
• Frame was built by 3030 Bosch aluminum profiles (the Z axis is 2020).
• Outer dimensions of the machine: 560 mm width, 540 mm depth, 750 mm height.
• There is no outreach from the outer dimensions at all!
• MGN12 linear rails on Y-axis.
• MGW9 linear rails on X-axis.
• Double Z axis with 12mm linear rods.
• Replaceable head design (V6 Volcano, Lerdge 2IN1, BP6 és Titan Aero Volcano, NF-Crazy hotends), with 16 pin connectors.
• Bowden type, and direct extrusion.
• Belt tensioner (10-10mm) on all the two belts.
• 70x25 mm radial fan for print cooling.
• Special designed print cooler fan with controlled airflow, which can be mounted by magnets.
• The electrical connection between the frame and the middle sliding block is via flexible flat cable.
• All the unique parts can be printed by a 3D printer with 200x200 mm printing area, mostly without support.
• Very detailed bill of material with links and prices.

Updates: 2019.10.20.:

• Bottom of center carriage modified: bottom extended by 15mm to lower adapter nuts. This makes it possible to use a direct extruder adapter!
• E3D V6 Volcano adapter modified: Adapted to the new center carriage, it also extended by 15mm.

2020.02.20.:

• X-bridge converted to MGN12 linear wire instead of MGN9. The center carriage is therefore completely redesigned.
• On the new center carriage, the pins on the adapters are 12-pin instead of 10-pin.
• Two new 10mm LEDs can be mounted on the top of the new carriage, which can be operated from the controller's RGB output (for example, in dual color printing, the LEDs can indicate which extruder is working).
• Modification of the parts list.
• Modification of Csavarok.pdf.
• Modify the list of parts to be printed.

2021.03.23.:

• X-bridge converted to MGW9 linear wire instead of MGN12. The middle car is therefore completely redesigned and now the whole is not two but one piece (plus the cap).
• On the new center carriage, the pins on the adapters are 16-pin instead of 12-pin.
• Use 12mm wide straps instead of the previous 10mm wide strap. Because of this, the Y carts and corner brackets have been redesigned. Furthermore, instead of the pulley assembled from the previous bearings, normal timing belt pulleys were installed on the machine.
