All files have to be printed once, for duplicate parts there are multiply files.

Additional Hardware:

The Shafts are solid 4mm brass rods.
- 2x Main Shafts 185mm
- 1x Shifter 1 Shaft 90mm
- 1x Shifter 2 Shaft 155mm
- 1x Reverse Gear Shaft 70mm

The Design is bolted together with M3 Screws of varios lengths.
- 14x M3x16
- 9x M3x20
- 8x M3x25 In most places you can use longer screws if you dont have the correct lengths.

The motor the typical 90° geared dc motor you find on ebay or aliexpress I used one rated at 19 RPM 6v, but it could be a little faster.

The coupler for the motor is a flexible coupler from 6mm to 4mm
Assembly
To fix the gears as well as the shifter mechanism to the shafts I roughed up the shaft and then used CA-glue. All gears on the input shaft and the two center gears on the outputshaft are fixed. The others move on their shafts.
I used Silicon Grease on all the moving parts that touch the shafts.
