I only have Concordia base box and all the inserts on thingiverse I can find are for base + salsa and/or venus. I don't want to print redundant inserts either so I just tweak the designs so it will hold just the components of the base game + 1 more map.
If you want more aesthetic then make a 175x110x32 stencil then put it inside the blank space. My photoshop skill is not good enough to stencilize the statue image on card back
