10/04/2019 1045 Added my final design change and (if thingiverse starts working right) some time lapse videos. New design uses either the 7/16th washer and magnets or glue in place bead landing (got at Michals) 1.5" bar pin either one or two bar pins (like $3 for 24). 8/27/2019 1620 Modified and uploaded another clasp bar with some extra strength in the center, I may print it.

8/27/2019 1615 Added Clasp Bar and Clasp stl's so the magnets don't have to be glued to the name tag. I will upload adapter that can press fit into my current 3 name tags and glue on 7/16th washers. Shortly.

8/23/2019 1050 Added a blank name tag STL meant to hold 2 7/16 washers.

Blank name tag meant to be used with magnets and washers to hold on clothing. Fusion 360 files included as well as STL.

I started a new job and I didn't want to just write my name out, I'm a dork and I know it. So I sat down and drew this out. The first one used one magnet and I didn't like how it hung so I moved the circles and added a magnet. I am going to re-design at some point so the magents will not be in the printed part only the washer will be in. The Magnets I use are Home Depot Magnet Source 2pk Max Force 11lbs #07515 $2.48. The washers in this photo 8 pk Everbilt Zinc 7/16th $0.98 (thats why I am going to change the design, maybe 4 washers or 2 large washers). I have now printed 3, two shown and one with wood pla as a base and silk black for letters.

The first one did okay for a day then I glued the magnets in. The new ones (shown) are press fitted in (haven't tried them real world yet) but my printer has been adjusted for dimensional accuracy since the first few (trial error x2 and one perfect).
