Descrição
This stand is designed for the Astro A40s so I made a holder for the mic to go on because having it sitting on on desk was boring. This should work with almost any headphones.
As you may be able to see in the photo, the headphones are at a slight angle. This is because the ear cups collide with the two posts that make the whole structure. This is a minor flaw and the layers of the "stand" print grip onto the headphone so it doesn't slide off. Not a big enough problem to justify printing again as far as I'm concerned.
Instruções
- Print: 1 Base 2 Arm 1 Stand OR 1 HeadphoneStand_Whole; thanks to iplop
There is some slight bridging of about 12mm on the base that should not be a problem for 90% of people. Other than that, printing is very smooth and easy.
-
Glue both of the arms to the base with the thinnest part down. Then glue stand to the top of the assembly. Note: I used acetone to bond the parts and it is very sturdy in my opinion. (It's pretty simple but refer to the pictures if you get stuck)
-
Put your headphones on it.
-
Sit and look at your headphones whilst thinking about how awesome of a design your new headphone stand is.
