I created this to organize my monthly receipts to help with budgeting. There are 10 individual slots for receipts.

There are two designs, one holds the insert that you can download and edit in Tinkercad or some other CAD program to add your customized text to categorize each slot which is what I did for mine. The second doesn't have an insert and can just be labelled with a marker or label maker.
