This is a remix of the original square version of the cable tidy. The introduction of a gap into the design makes it much easier to add cables, regardless of whether the cable has a small or large end plug, and also make it much easier to remove and change cables at a later date. Cables don't come lose simple because the gap is at an angle, although very loose cables may somehow come free if not pulled through fully.

The gap also introduces a weakness, so to counter that, the thickness is increase from 2mm to 3mm.

The height of all current parts is 20mm.

Review the original design for assembly images as assembly is the same. Instead of two lines of filament you now need only one. I recommend ABS for the backbone line as it's less prone to cracking.

The main picture shows the 40mm size, which happily fits about a dozen cables.

It's simple to make this stronger, larger, or taller, or to create a hole and connector for a 2.85mm filament backbone. Just request the alternative you need.
