This bed leveling tool fits over the bed stand offs between the heated build plate and the bed allowing the user to manipulate the standoff without a wrench.
This part comes in 6 mm and 7 mm to accommodate the two common standoffs sizes used on the Hadron ORD Bot
The 7 mm wrench is included to complete the leveling kit.

Build all of the parts without support and at the highest infill possible. I like to use 80% infill or higher with a minimum of 2 perimeters. Measure your stand offs and make sure that you build the correct size tools. I have provided both 6mm and 7mm. If you require a different size try scaling the parts.
The Bed Leveling tool is pressed over the top of the stand offs between the bed and the heated build plate. Be sure to press the tool down until it is even with the top of the stand off. The parts are very tight and may need to be pressed on with pliers. Re assemble the heated build plate with the leveling tool now trapped between the plates.
To use the new leveling tool, first loosen the screws that hold the heated build plate Use the included plastic wrench to loosen the lock nuts on the bottom side of the build plate. Use the new printed leveling knob to adjust the corners of the heated bed to t the desired height. Finally hold the adjustment knob while you tighten the lock nut and the screw that holds heated build platform.
