Descrição

I will try to update this soon, but I wanted to get this out there.

It's pretty easy to assemble just using the pictures as a guide. I insert a regular skateboard bearing into the recess in the lower corner bracket. The T8 rod gets inserted through the bearing and into another recess. This holds it steady.

I used M3 socket head screws and nuts of varying lengths.

Materials.

3/4" x 1/16 aluminum angle iron. T8 lead screw cut to length M3 socket head screws and nuts GT2 timing belt and toothed pullies Standard skateboard bearings M3 x 70mm socket head screw for the belt tensioner

When drilling the holes for the rails. I took a length of the rail and started with one of the corner brackets held in place. (they are designed to fit in place) Clamp it in place and use a 3mm drill to drill from the bracket side and through the angle. Insert a screw and nut and tighten. Remove the clamp and drill other hole and insert screw and nut and tighten. This makes sure all of the holes are all correctly positioned.

I cut my belt to length and then cut a short piece of extra belt and used super glue to splice the ends together. I just placed the short length with the smooth sides facing together and glued one side of the splice. Then the other side and it worked fine. The "backer" piece is about 1.5 to 2" long.
