Lamp floral design very simple and decorative, in my case I made the lamp on 6 mm foam thickness and then mechanized by CNC machine. But it is possible to do it by a printer 3D in the size that you prefer. I made the design in solidworks and I can export files in different king of files.

Update 2019-06-23 I added a photo of the lamp set up on the ceiling. Also I added the solidworks files if you want to modify any thing.
