I bought a screen it that comes will aluminum channels that you cut to length and then insert "L" corners into, in order to create your rectangular frame to mount your screen.

I bought a kit, got home and realized it was missing an elbow so I drew this up, printed it, and used it instead. Worked great using typical PLA, 200 degrees on the nozzle and 60 on the bed.
