I really liked the sword made by 3DPRINTINGWORLD, but I wanted to have a steel blade, and golden hilt. So I did a quick hack in Blender to make it similar to the removable blade lightsaber. I also wanted a broad blade, since it's a broad sword ;-)

The cap can probably be removed by pushing hard enough on the blade segments, but I didn't try. The good news it that even if you break the small pegs in the process, there only a small cap to print, or you can even glue it if you wish.. Printed on Eryone Thinker (blade segments) and Creality Ender 3 (hilt and cap) using Eryone Silk Silver and Silk Gold filaments.

0.2mm layer height on the blade segments, printed one at a time, spiral vase mode, using a 0.4mm nozzle, set to 0.8mm Line Width in Cura 0.12mm 50% infill for the hilt and cap.
