Dies ist ein Blocker der als Fixierung der Stanley Sortmaster Junior Organizer dient. Damit fallen die Boxen endlich nicht mehr raus und es sieht gut aus.

Folgende Dateien sind dabei:

Fusion360 Konstruktion für den Block und das Regal. Fusion360 Zeichnung für das Regal. STL Dateien ( 1 enge Passform und 1 etwas weitere)

Ich empfehle die Tight fit Version. Spiegeln könnt ihr das Modell leicht in eurem Slicer.

Das Material für das Regal ist 1,2cm dickes Multiplex. Gebeizt mit Mahagoni Beize und mit Klarlack überlackiert.

Ob ihr 0,1 - 0,3mm layer hight benutzt hängt von euren optischen Präferenzen ab. Für mich ist es 0,1. Ich glaube ihr könnt am Infill auch viel sparen. 20% ist ziemlich stark. Ich mag es.

This is a Blocker thats used for the fixation of my Stanley Sortmaster Junior Organizer. It should provide a good grip so that the boxes don´t fall out or move in any direction for more than one or two millimeter. Also it does kind of complete the hole design.

The following files are included:

Fusion360 design of the block as well as the cabinet Fusion360 measurements STL Files (one for tight fit and one for a more wider one)

I recommend using the tight fit one. You can mirror it easily in your slicer.

The wood is 1,2 cm thick mulitplex, Stained with mahagoni than covered in clear coat.

You can print them from 0,1 - 0,3 layer hight depending on your optical preferences. For me its 0,1. I believe you could also decrease the Infill. 20% is pretty much but i like it.

!!! Achtung !!! Einige Sachen sind noch in der Bearbeitung was die Abmessungen des Regals angeht. In der CAD Datei ist alles richtig. !!! Attention !!! Some things are a work in progress regarding the dimensions of the measurements file. The variables in the CAD File are all right.
