The "hinge bar" can be merged at any point on the case for easy mounting and orientation.

The "lid" snap-fit attaches using the layers themselves. Best results with calibrated extrusion at .2mm layer height. Let me know if you have issues or if this works well for you. Perhaps I need to design a real snap-fit latch.
