This is a flexbox (flex box, flex-box??) made from a .svg file created in Inkscape. This file can be used as a template to make other sized boxes. No need for glue - it holds itself together.

Based on bdahlem's excellent parametric flexbox.

Download the flexbox.svg file. Load it into your drawing program - I used Inkscape. This file will make a 76x76x30 mm box using 3mm material (ply or MDF) Make any adjustments to the size if you want. Export a file in a format that your laser cutter supports. Set appropriate power and speed settings. Zap material with laser!

To construct the box: Place base on a flat surface. Attach the flexible strip, starting from the centre at the rear of the base and work round to the front. Attach the top also starting from the rear.
