This is a remix and still a work in progress. I changed the words to Grumpy Old Scale Modelers, in reference to the Facebook group I belong to. There 5 files, one has all 4 put together and the others are 4 quarters to print separately.

Enjoy Update 4/30/19 Added a strike lines to the words as a place holder

Update 4/26/19 Added connectors to the bottom, also added different ways to show off the from name. You can use the nameplate for other things too
