My first design to be uploaded. *This may exist in some other capacity but none I found met this need.

I wanted an LED light that I could integrate into the printer.

This will fit into the standard extruded aluminum printer frame grooves.(20mm stock)

I created it in a 50mm length so that it could be printed in pieces to fit wherever and not have to be chopped down.

I ran them across the bottom of the top bar of my Ender 3 Pro and laced the wires through the crack on the right pillar past the screws. (I used cat 5 single wires for the +/-)

I used LED strip lighting from Amazon. The strip can be cut to length (16mm bits) and just soldered onto a USB cable and plugged into a source of your preference. I used USB power sticks while testing but eventually just plugged it into an unused USB port on my Raspberry pi.

The print settings of a default printer will print this just fine. I printed the piece laying with the open groove down. It will put a sliver of a support inside the grooves and that comes out with almost no effort. Just be careful because the grooves are very thin.

I also used another piece off of Thingiverse to augment the setup.

I used the AM8 Power Switch Box by Jsschlat; and installed the switch so that I can have the lights on or off. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2954715)

The USB cord was a spare old USB A-B cord. I hacked the B side off of and soldered into the circuit.

The gray one in the picture was a low grade version from test printing. Original attempts were standing up and I was having an issue at the time.. so.. meh! All of the good ones got installed. ;)

Also included is the simple circuit for the wiring. (the lights attached to the power supply in the lower right of the picture use a similar design and are in the same long circuit. They are a mod of the 50mm light strip minus the groove for the extrusion.)
