Our Micrometer is compromised with 3 different parts which is frame, spindle lock and body.

1. Our group, Hamzah and Azam were influenced by the design of vernier caliper in the Resource Centre thus try to take initiative to take measurement tools that is frequently used in engineer workshop.
2. The root idea of this project is based on the tools that commonly as an engineer.
3. On our project, we focus more on the tools that rarely used on board ship as we know as special tools.
4. We also put the concept of mixes and match colours on this project where we put the different colours for each part to make it more interesting and a good looking.
