I saw that missing from thingiverse was a hand throttle for a paramotor. So here it my version of a hand throttle.

I made the bolt holes 2mm yet they have 6mm supports so you can drill them to 3mm and nut and bolt or drill just one side and use self tapping screws.

It is designed to work with bicycle gear cable, fuel line fits as a cable guide, standard 17.3mm surface mount momentary push button fits with 11.5mm thread.

I supplied 2 throttle levers, one for smaller movement on DLE carbs and an angled lever for larger movement on Walbro style carb.

Printed at 40% infil 1.2mm 3 layer wall, no supports, PLE. It feels plenty strong enough. Why not print it 100% infil for extra strength, I would.

2 washers fit either side of the lever and a 2-3mm bolt all the way through the lever for support.

Add a velcro hand strap and it is good to go for a self build or cheap replacement throttle.

UPDATE:

I added a new file 'paramotor throttle updated 1' this is beefed up a little in a couple of area. I have left the old file, but I recommend this new one for printing.
