A simple and strong FPV LCD holder for the FrSky Taranus or Turnigy 9X. I use it for mounting my RC800, 7" LCD display. It will also hold other LCDs with back or bottom 1/4-20 mounts.
I used a DIY 3S 2000mah battery pack, made of 3 18650 LiPo cells, which fits nicely between the handle. Any small 3S LiPo pack that fits the battery holder will work.

For good strength, print parts at least 3 perimeters, 3 solid top and bottom layers, 30% infill.
Assemble the hinges with 2X 1/4-20X3/4" bolts and 2X 1/4-20 nuts.
Fasten the mount sides to the battery holder with 4X #4X3/4" countersink wood screws.
Secure the battery with a 10" length of Velco strap.
Recommend adhering to the hinge, a strip of foam grip tape. The tape, sandwiched between the back of the LCD monitor and the hinge, will keep the LCD monitor from rotating.
