The name-label brackets are in pairs (one printed part contains labels for two cubes). The brackets are placed on the vertical boards between the cubes. If you have an odd number of cubes horizontally then you'll also be printing some single label brackets, (choose the left- or right-single based on your artistic preference. You can even mix-n-match! ;-)

Oh, and remember to print one copy of the tiny Jig as it will be used to properly align the bracket on each vertical.

Other Stuff You'll need:

• Double-sided Mounting Tape (I use Scotch Extremely Strong rated at 30lb/13.6kg, HomeDepot, you can also find it at Amazon.com. See picture, above, of tape/brand i used )
• 2" FileFolder tabs and inserts (i got mine from Staples. See picture, above, of tabs I used)

Background

This Project came from a simple need. I work on many projects (EE, Mechanical, S/W, Amateur Radio, etc.) and i need space to store projects in-progress.

I decided on using the "Better Homes and Gardens 12 Cube Storage Organizer" with "Household Essentials Open Fabric Storage Cube Bins" all of which are available from Walmart.

Ok, the whole point of this system is to reduce clutter by not seeing all my stuff. But now that it is in these bins i need to know which bin contains what stuff so i decided to use our old well-known hanging-file folder labels for labelling these cubes. Since the bins are slightly undersized i have room to place the label brackets near the top keeping them from interfering with the taking-out and putting-back of the bins, themselves.
