I have been trying Multi Material 2d prints using a single extruder. i have uploaded the 3 color Rose stl and gcode files.

the rose has to be printed in 3 sepaerate jobs. (the gcode files have been already alligned with each other, and based on a 200mm print bed) i printed the rose red file first, then the rose green, and then the rose outline file last. after each of the print jobs have finshed, set your printer to preheat, and chnage filament ( push a little through the extruder to make sure the color has changed correctly)

before you start the next print, pull the print bed away from the endstop switch, and same wth extruder carrage, i find this helps, when the printer autohomes back to the correct start postion.

layer height 0.2mm print temp 205 bed temp 70 finished print hieght is 0.6mm
