What this Set of parts is for:

• easier size-modulation for 3D Printers
• Alternative Structure Materials of the frame
• Adjustable printer and bed levelling, to make it work on every surface, no matter if its perfectly leveled

As you can see, i used aluminum beams for it, but everything else should work, if it provides enough strength. I already thougt about unsing wood, with some further reinforcements, but nothing tested yet.

the z motor mounts can be placed inwards, so that the thickness of the vertical beams isnt an issue for the x-axis, but then be shure that there is enough space to the printbed for the z-stabler. This modification could also have an effect on your available z-height.

the x-axis is all from prusa, thats why i marked it as derivate from it. I did this because i had trouble constructing a reliable x-axis, and my prusa parts worked nearly perfect. So you can use yours, or choose whichever are marked as prusa compatible. for extended x-range i'd recommend 10mm rods.

same for the z-couplings, i used mine, findable within my things

To change the size, just shorten or lengthen the beams, rods an belts. All the other parts will work fine on it.

If you change the thickness of the beams, be shure to mount the y-axis parts at the upper edge, to ensure the bed going above the beams.

If some people are interested i can give a complete hardware parts list, and some formulas to calculate the needed rod an beam lenghts for a desired printable size. (these informations would take a bit of time, of which im actually short of)

Feel free to modify, derivate or whatever, there's plenty of space for improvement in these parts. If .skp files are needed, let me know, i can up them aswell.
