If you need to make any kind of box for your project and you have a laser or CNC machine to your disposal you can easily make this box.

I made my box out of 5mm multiplex. The unfolded length is 840mm and depth is 160mm.

The inside planes are very easy to customize. They are just of the right size that they put some small tension on the corners, so that even without glue everything stay together.

I made my box on my CNC machine with a 2mm cutter. The lines to make the corners cut are done without tool path correction. Everything else is set with normal tool path correction.
