Hier zeige ich euch heute einen Container fürs Geocaching in Form eines Steines. Der Stein hat auf dem Druckbett die Abmessungen 111mm154mm161mm, ist also nicht ganz klein, was bei mir zu einer Druckzeit von über 10 Stunden führte.

Die Bilder zeigen den Stein noch unbehandelt, im Frühjahr, wenn der Schnee bei uns weg ist, werde ich ihn seiner Umgebung anpassen.

Ich habe den Stein ohne Infill gedruckt. Neben dem Stopfen ist ein Loch, welches mit 4mm aufgebohrt werden kann. Mit dem beiliegenden Trichter kann man dann das Innere des Steines mit Kristall-Quarzsand (01.-0.3mm), wie er in der Aquaristik verwendet wird, auffüllen. Anschließend das Loch mit Kleber verschließen. Dieses erhöht das Gewicht des Steines, damit seine Standsicherheit, erheblich. Außerdem wird der Stein dann nicht so einfach von Tier und Mensch verschleppt. Man kann das Einfüllloch natürlich auch geschlossen lassen, und den Stein ganz normal mit zB. 20%-Infill drucken.

Der Stopfen wird sich anfänglich etwas schwer einschrauben lassen, durch mehrfaches, schrittweises, ein- und ausschrauben wird sich das aber geben.

Druckparameter: 0% Fülldichte 0,2mm Schichthöhe 6 vertikale Konturen 6 horizontale Konturhüllen 60mm/s Druckgeschwindigkeit 25mm Brim Support ist nicht erforderlich. Die unteren 15mm habe ich mit 0.12mm Schichthöhe gedruckt, da dort einige Überhänge sind.

This considerably increases the weight of the stone and thus its stability. In addition, the stone is then not so easily carried away by animals and humans. One can leave the filling hole naturally also closed, and print the stone completely normally with e.g. 20% Infill.

The stopper will be difficult to screw in at first, but through multiple, step-by-step, screwing in and screwing out, this will happen.
