1.) Scale to size. These have an inner diameter of two inches, but can be scaled to fit the pipe that you're using. For size reference, you can use the pipe size chart halfway down this page: http://www.simplifiedbuilding.com/store/components/kee-lite/l25-three-socket-tee.html

3.) Attach hose clamps around the round sections of the clamps to hold the pipe in place. These can be purchased for very cheap on eBay and through other outlets.
