CR-10 Complete Cable Chain

IMPORTANT : 2019-07-22 While running the printer constantly with nozzle at 230C, it slowly heats up the terminal block on the hotend heater connection, don't connect your heater through the terminal block use JST connectors instead with higher power rating.
