Apologies for the haphazard initial upload. I decided to expedite publishing these parts and I will add more detailed instruction going forward.

These files are what I consider the key components of the Lego Sorter. The only item missing is the Led backlight structure, which was very low quality, so decided not to add.

Key items you need as basic:

  1. some 2 Inch PVC Pipes (you can get some at Home Depot or Lowes).

  2. PVC Glue (for the PVC rollers)

  3. at least 4 quantity 8mm bearings https://www.amazon.com/Doradus-10x26x8mm-Bearing-6000-2Z-6000-ZZ/dp/B01KFT1YYQ/ref=sr_1_21?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1548297498&sr=1-21&keywords=8mm+bearing

  4. Paper Roll for the conveyors https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00000JH4Y/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

  6. The belt I used to move the conveyors is a GT2: https://www.amazon.com/Timing-Pulley-Printer-Beauty-Star/dp/B0776KXY8G/ref=sr_1_1?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1548297291&sr=1-1&keywords=gt2+belt

!!! Make sure you match your GT2 belt equipment diameters with your motor shaft diameter !!

  2. If not using Stepper motors, you will need a torque Motor: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N6KUVC1/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

  3. You will need a Motor shield and sensors as you go.

  4. I recommend buying an ATX power supply and some voltage regulators, as you'll most likely need 12v, 6v, 5v and 3.3v as you go.
