Howdy. This is my take on Flowey from the game Undertale by Toby Fox (see eg. https://store.steampowered.com/app/391540/Undertale/)

Sculpted in Blender with a touch of Inkscape for the lettering.

What worked for me: Slic3r (Prusa edition), "optimal" preset at 5% infill and supports set to "everywhere". Otherwise stock settings.

NB: The blend and the stl are both composed of multiple interlocking shells that are water tight as of themselves. The whole is not. Slic3r handled them well. Some other slicer may not.
