I modelled this face starting with Poser and ending with Cinema 4D. As you may know in poser you can get the basic head shape and is very easy to modify it, in this case, showing my fascination for thick lips. It is a good file to test the resolution of your printer

Try to print it with an additive process if you print it in resin or metal it will probably take too much material.
