The design was made for a 0.4mm nozzle or smaller. They are about 43mm from top to bottom. To make earrings, you might want to get a jewelry making kit like this one is a very good deal.

It is very easy to make your own if you have an earring wire bender like this one.

I use this 20 gauge sterling silver jewelry wire to make your own.

You will want to get some nylon jawed pliers so you don't scratch or flatten your jewelry wire.
