This is a piping set for soft food mixtures such as choux pastry, mashed potato, whipped cream and meringue mixture. It is not intended for icing cakes, but could be used for a rosette on cup cakes. Choose a food safe filament - I used PLA, but then I only had myself to worry about. I recommend gluing the cap part to the tube, so that it doesn't move - but DO NOT glue the handle in position, otherwise you won't be able to fit the plunger. Once the cap is fixed, the tube can be filled from the nozzle end with the plunger extended up to the top cap. The plunger base should then sit underneath the cap leaving full space to fill the tube The nozzles are quick release and fit by twist and lock.
