I used PLA with 30% infill at 0.05 resolution for my print. Screws hole is 4mm to accept a M4 screw. Use M4 screws / 6 to 12mm long to fix it . This clip accept a phone cable as it use on SNAPMAKER printer X axis. This clip do not damage the wire but fix it correctly in place.

I added horizontal, vertical and single clip to be able to attach all cable of your printer. The single clip is attached with double face tape. Vertical and horizontal clip need to use M4 screws / 6 to 12mm long to fix it.
