This is a remix of bitswype's Captive Customizeable Cable Holder, which in turn is a remix of xfile's Customizable Cable Holder.

I wanted to mount the cable holder with double sided tape under my table. Setting the tab length to zero removed them, but then the thumbwheels would touch the desk. I created some distance by extending the rectangular block on the top.

You can set the distance between desk and thumbwheel with desk_distance = X; on line 15 in addition to all the other settings from the original.
