The design allows you to use your stock Thrustmaster PS wheel / rim with the quick release adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3317013). You will lose button function of the wheel (unless you wire new plug - see pics), but I wanted to be able to give an option to still use the wheel (without tearing it apart) if you chose to install the quick release setup.
You can maintain button functionality by drilling a 45-degree hole into this part and using a 6 pin aviation plug to the base, just takes some wiring skills. You will use the mini-DIN connector and a modified base adapter (I used the base adapter from Fox85's 650S rim (found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3025648) and drilled out a channel to connect the female aviation plug to the wheel base)

This utilizes RamjetX's original design from his parts "RamjetX Logitech to Thrustmaster Quick Release Adaptor Kit" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3117355). The design is a tight fit, so some light sanding may be needed, but once fit in place it is solid.

I would imagine this will work for all other stock Thrustmaster rims as well, but I only have the PS wheel to test fit. Please post a comment if you make this for any other Thrustmaster rim.
