Hemisphere toggle halfs for paraglider brake toggles.

I had to drill out the hole a little to fit the M3 bolt to engage the threads. I used M3 40mm bolts, and didnt require the nut.

Flight tested, and works fantastic. I was able to grab the toggles themselves, and also above the toggles to grab the brake lines.
