Trawling Tthingiverse I could not find a ready-made solution that fit my wide spools (155 mm wide). Also I have such a variety of widths that I did not want to print an exclusive (parametric) one for each width.

This set is adjustable (30 mm - 180 mm) and only comprises of two distinct models (printed 4 times each). The flanges on the bearings are rounded to correct the "seat" of any slightly deformed spools.

Required: 4 skateboard bearings (608), 8 off M8 hex head bolts (30 mm long), nuts and wide washers. 8 off M4 button head socket screws (12 or 15 mm long), nuts and washers (if 15 mm long).

Print 4 off each per spool, clean-up, attach bearing flange to either end of bar at correct width for your spool, attach other bars at right angle creating a frame, attach bearings to flanges using M8 bolts.
