Here is my proposition of knobs to use with M5 nuts/bolts. I've made the design using the Ultimate Nut Knob Generator by wstein (an OpenSCAD file generator)

2 LOWER ROLLER WITH PIN INCLUDE

Here is my proposition of a new lower roller that has the roller pin include inside in one peace. So you do not need to print the upperRoller.stl and the rollerPin.stl separately. I used Blender to edit Martin's file.
